Read this book last weekend in about 24 hours - granted I was at the beach, but regardless this now takes the top spot as my favorite read in a long while. Centered around the staff of an English language newspaper based in Rome, each of the novel’s chapters takes the perspective of one of the staffers. Giving the reader a very realistic perspective of a newspaper in this day in age with writing that makes you feel like you know each character intimately, I honestly couldn’t put it down.
